3. Duplicate Payments

• Refunds for duplicate payments will be initiated only if the respective service provider confirms non-acceptance of the duplicate amount.

4. Dispute Resolution

• Any discrepancy must be reported to our support team at services@mvrpay.in within 48 hours of the transaction.
